The Viola is a string instrument known for its rich, deep sound, slightly larger than a violin, and serving as the middle or alto voice within the violin family. Historically, the viola's size and names varied, with roots in Italian, German, and French languages. Today, it is commonly referred to as an alto.

Through the 18th century, the viola played a crucial role in five-part harmony, often carrying harmony lines or melodies. It stands out from other instruments by primarily using the alto clef, occasionally switching to treble clef for higher passages for better readability.

Viola Real is a simulation app offering Arco (bowing) and Pizzicato (plucking) functionalities with a frequency range from C3 to D5#. The app provides various offline and online songs for practice, enabling speed adjustments during play.

The app offers two playing modes: a Simple mode recommended for beginners, using only the right hand for bowing or plucking, and a Professional mode allowing for two-handed play involving note selection with the left hand. An autoplay feature is available for easy listening.

Users can utilize the recording feature to capture, playback, and share their performances with friends. The app updates its song library regularly to provide fresh content for users.
